Sekhmet Devotional Candle

Sekhmet is the Egyptian goddess of War, Healing, and Plague. A fierce protector whose power embodies both destruction and restoration. In her rage to defend Ra, she swept across Egypt, leaving devastation in her wake. It was only when she was offered a drink of blood mixed with mead, that her fury was calmed and peace was restored.

War and healing are often two sides of the same coin. To heal, we must sometimes learn to fight. For ourselves, our boundaries, our truth, and what is right. Working with Sekhmet can help you find the courage to stand in your power, release fear, and feel protected as you move through your healing journey, knowing that a fierce guardian stands beside you.
